These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck4444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting service accessible at ck4444.casa. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and receipt of promotional offers.

By creating an account on ck4444 or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Access to and use of ck4444 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times. Any Player found to be in breach of these requirements will have their Account suspended or permanently terminated.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service offered by ck4444. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and applies to all users globally. Players aged below 21 are not permitted to participate in any form of gambling activity on the Platform, regardless of the laws of their country or territory of residence.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by ck4444 or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of ck4444 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You confirm that the funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of criminal activity.

To access the full range of services offered by ck4444, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. All Accounts connected to a duplicate account violation will be suspended and any associated balances, including winnings, will be voided.

Before any withdrawal request is processed, ck4444 requires all Players to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This involves the submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Where applicable, documentation evidencing the source of funds used for deposits.

ck4444 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in connection with anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ck4444 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

ck4444 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT TRC20).

• The minimum deposit is MYR 30 for most methods. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ck4444 does not charge deposit fees. However, fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• ck4444 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, particularly where a compliance concern exists.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where reasonably possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Processing times: E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; Bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. These are target processing times, not guaranteed timelines.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• ck4444 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

ck4444 offers a range of bonus offers and promotional programmes to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general rules, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

• Each Player may claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount received. For example, a MYR 300 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires MYR 3,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds not converted within this period will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting may carry different contribution rates as specified in individual offer terms.
• ck4444 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of irregular play.
• Bonuses may not be used in combination with one another unless explicitly stated as combinable in the offer terms.

New Players who satisfy registration, KYC, and minimum deposit requirements may be eligible for a welcome bonus offer. Welcome bonus terms, including the bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, wagering requirement, and validity period, are as stated in the current welcome bonus offer displayed on the Platform. ck4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw welcome bonus offers at any time.

Birthday bonuses and VIP tier rewards are available to eligible Players as part of ck4444's loyalty programme. These rewards are subject to tier qualification criteria, minimum activity requirements, and specific bonus terms applicable to each tier. ck4444 reserves the right to adjust loyalty programme benefits and tier thresholds at its sole discretion with reasonable advance notice to affected Players.

All betting and gaming activities on ck4444 are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market, as displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers.

• All casino games, including slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), and instant-win titles, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted by professional dealers in a licensed studio environment.
• Game malfunctions — including software errors or connectivity failures — void all affected game rounds. Any wagers placed on void rounds will be returned to the Player's balance.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided for informational purposes and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed return rates for any individual session.

• Sports betting markets cover international and domestic competitions including EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, esports, and others as available on the Platform.
• Odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement apply.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. ck4444 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned, except where the specific sport's rules provide otherwise.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If any single selection is voided, that selection is removed from the parlay and the remaining selections continue to stand.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ck4444 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent termination with forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or event, including chip dumping in poker-format games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discoverable error will be voided.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or any attempt to recover funds through payment dispute mechanisms after those funds have been used for gambling activity.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with ck4444.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through the use of a VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.

All content on the ck4444 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, images, software, and proprietary features, is the intellectual property of ck4444 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ck4444.

Any unauthorised use of ck4444 intellectual property, including but not limited to the brand name or visual identity in connection with any third-party service or promotional material, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck4444 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.

ck4444 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

In the event of a Platform error that results in a game displaying or paying out an incorrect amount, ck4444 reserves the right to correct the error and void any affected transactions, regardless of the displayed outcome. The maximum aggregate liability of ck4444 to any individual Player arising from any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant incident.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or restriction is not permitted by applicable law.

ck4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Operation of multiple Accounts or other forms of bonus abuse.
• Player request — either a temporary self-exclusion or permanent account closure under the Responsible Gambling programme.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

Where an Account is terminated due to Player breach, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where a breach is confirmed. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request under responsible gambling provisions, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that trigger after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account deactivation of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days may be applied immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and is irreversible through normal account channels.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure through our support team.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ck4444 holds its gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is stated in ck4444's licensing documentation.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ck4444, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. ck4444 undertakes to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process set out under ck4444's licensing authority. The decision of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall be construed as limiting a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their country of residence.
